Rental terms

1. Eligibility

Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid licence issued at least twelve months before the pickup date. Luxury and sports categories require a minimum age of 25.

2. Payment and deposits

The rental total is authorised at booking and captured at pickup. A refundable security deposit — the amount is shown on each car's page — is held on the same card and released within three business days of return.

3. Cancellation

• More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund.
• Within 24 hours: one rental day is retained.
• No-show: the first rental day is retained and the booking is released.

4. Mileage and territory

Mileage is unlimited. The vehicle may be driven anywhere in the continental United States. Travel into Mexico or Canada requires written approval before departure.

5. Fuel

Vehicles are supplied full and must be returned full. Where they are not, we refuel at cost plus a $15 service fee.

6. Damage and liability

The renter is responsible for damage up to the deposit amount unless full coverage was purchased. Full coverage reduces the excess to zero for damage and theft, excluding interior damage, tyres driven flat, and losses arising from a breach of these terms.

7. Traffic penalties

Tolls, parking and traffic penalties incurred during the rental remain the renter's responsibility. An administration fee of $25 applies where we are required to process a notice on your behalf.
